Vampire Crawlers Wiki: Every Table on One Page¶
This is the index page for the whole site. Vampire Crawlers has an unusual amount of hidden arithmetic for a $9.99 game: card effects that scale off stats the game never explains, gem weights that only matter at the chest tier you are on, and 182 unlock rows that gate each other. Everything below is a table we built from the official wiki and the game's own files, with the source named on each page.
If you came here looking for a specific number, jump straight to the table. If you came here to understand the game, start with the card colours and the combo rule: those two explain why every other number matters.

Which cards unlock at which level?¶
This is the question the game answers worst. A card cannot appear in a level-up until your character reaches its gate level, and the gate is printed nowhere in game. We pulled the number from each card's own wiki page: 55 of the 76 cards state one, and the remaining 21 have no gate at all, which means level 1 in practice.
| Gate | Cards | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Armor, Attractorb, Bone, Candella, Candle, Cherry Bomb, Crown, Duplicator, Empty Tome, Fire Wand, Garlic, Gatti Amari, Golden Armor, Hollow Heart, King Bible, Knife, Light Tome, Magic Wand, Pummarola, Runetracer, Skull O'Maniac, Spellbinder, Spinach, Stone Mask, Whip | 25 |
| Level 11 | Axe, Bracer, Candelabrador, Carréllo, Celestial Dusting, Clover, Cross, Crystal Crown, Du-Duplicator, Eight The Sparrow, Forever Heart, Lightning Ring, Pummadora, Rainbow Armor, Sprig o' Spinach, Tirajisú, Weighty Tome | 17 |
| Level 20 | Ancient Tome, Clock Lancet, Friendship Amulet, Parm Aegis, Peachone, Phiera Der Tuphello, Santa Water, Shadow Pinion | 8 |
| Level 30 | Bracelet, Ebony Wings, Song of Mana, Wings | 4 |
| Level 40 | Pentagram | 1 |
Two things follow from that table. Pentagram is the only level-40 card, which is why players who have never seen it assume it is a drop rather than a level gate. And the level-11 tier is where most stat cards sit, so a run that stalls early is usually a run that has not reached level 11 yet, not a run with bad Luck.
Crawlers, gems and the deck layer¶
The three systems that decide a run:
- The 25 Crawlers, each with a five-card starter deck and a passive that pays for one colour. The tier list ranks them; the builds page turns the passive into an actual deck.
- 62 gems in five rarities, with weights that change by chest tier. The jewelry guide has the weight tables.
- 19 relics that change the run's rules, and 16 Arcana you equip one at a time.
Stages, bosses and enemies¶
Vampire Crawlers ships 18 stages across 9 dungeon families, each with a difficulty ladder. Bosses are fixed per stage and floor: the stage table lists them in order, and the enemy list gives HP, armour and damage for all 214 entries, including the ones that only appear in Endless Mode.
Progression: what you are actually grinding¶
- 182 Town Hall unlocks, priced in gold, in the unlock list.
- 161 Steam achievements (162 on PlayStation), with real global unlock percentages, on the achievements page.
- 19 Power Ups, the permanent stat upgrades, on the Power Ups page.
The short version: the main story takes 17½ hours and 100% takes 25-26 hours (breakdown), so most of the 182 unlocks are finished after the credits.
What this wiki is not¶
It is not a copy of the official wiki. We link to the source pages on every table, we do not host the game's audio or art beyond a few sprites used as icons, and where the official wiki is silent we write "not documented" rather than guessing. If you find a number that disagrees with the game, the corrections page explains how to report it.
